How are you more efficient?

The answer is simple: JBD is set up to work quickly, more efficiently with budget, and in a way that allows you to choose one consultant, just Jen, or an entire team. When our team worked at big agencies in the past we saw a TON of opportunity to give clients a more streamlined approach, especially with digital content + social media. So we utilize independent senior-level experts from agency backgrounds to get it done faster, less expensive, and with the same level of polish.

How long do strategies take to create?

With proper planning, we can complete your bespoke plan in as quickly as 2 weeks, depending on the scale of the project. Larger projects take longer, so we’ll set clear milestones to ensure deliverables are on track.

What kinds of content do you produce?

We specialize in social content that hits the right tone at the right time and frequency, ranging from photography to video for connected TV, Reels for social, and templates to make it all repeatable. We partner with super talented makers across our network that fit the tone of the project, and we also offer brand clients who are ready to take content to the next level an ongoing “content lab” process —successfully proven in both agency and independent settings.

How do I know if I need content lab?

We have a special ‘getting to know you’ session to ensure your brand or small business is a fit for this fast-paced but ultra-efficient method of content-making. Usually, the reaction is “sign us up!” but we want to make sure it’s a best bet for us both.

What’s your fee?

The scale of the project will determine how we work — which is usually hourly, for a flat fee/project based, or on retainer. Our first step is to create a project proposal to agree on the work to be completed, along with an estimate. We are always open to discussing budgetary guidelines and anticipate most projects have them.

Do you do free consultations?

Definitely. The easiest way to figure out how we can help is to learn more about your needs. Book a consult here. No faxes or carrier pigeons, if you don’t mind.

What are your payment terms?

We usually invoice a 50% deposit that’s due once work commences. The remainder would be invoiced and due within a max of 60 days of completion. Usual stuff, but we’re very flexible to your needs as well.
